Starting March 27, all packages will require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery with I.D. check and will include a $6.70 fee at checkout.
We ship out every package via GLX below $150 order $10.00 fee and above $150 we do free shipping.

If we are unable to ship to your State, a notification will be indicated at checkout. If it is a temporary pause, we are working closely with the State to resume sales as soon as possible. Please check in with us in a few weeks as our shipping options will be made more available weekly.

We ship out packages Monday through Friday. We usually Process order and ship out packages within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Keep in mind, we are on Pacific Standard Time. If you place an order on Friday, then your order will be shipped out on Monday at the latest (but if a holiday occurs on a Monday then your order will be shipped out on Tuesday). This rule still applies even if you choose Priority Mail shipping.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Please check for text updates, phone calls or emails from us.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Due to the nature of shipping and receiving we reserve the right to operate outside of these general guidelines as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Due to the ongoing PACT ACT We are only shipping CA State and other state we are unable to ship any flavored E-Liquids to customers located within these jurisdictions at this time, regardless of the nicotine strength at this time.

Note: Option available whenever the final cart price is above $150 after coupon code or any special discounts. The Free Shipping during checkout is automatic and will be shipped with First Class, which can take up to 48 business hours to be processed.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Shipping / Damage Claims:
Upon receipt of your package(s), it is your responsibility to inspect items to be sure damage has not occurred during transit.
If damage exists, immediately ask the driver to note the condition and to do their part to start a damage claim with GLX. To fill a claim call the GLX phone 1-800-322-5555.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of City of Vape, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Please find the USPS information above.
