Because of strict health regulations, opened cartridges, atomizers, or e-liquid cannot be returned unless they are defective. For all other items, please contact us for help in determining if a part is under warranty.
Products must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for either an exchange or refund. This excludes refund eligibility on any e Liquid, atomizers/coils, drip tips, tanks, and rebuild-able atomizers that have been used. For exchanges, customers will not be eligible for a refund on shipping and will require the responsibility to handle shipping fees/handling.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must unopened/unused.

- Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by City of Vape. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
